No I matter how much I try and how much I progress sometimes my mental health stays the same. It's like I'm running in circles. No matter how my external life maybe, I will always have inner struggles.

Yea I understand. I am constantly in a cycle of feeling okay or even maybe a little happy then feeling absolutely terrible. No matter what I do I go back to the same feelings of suffering and still suffer from the same mental problems I have. I don't know how to escape it at all. I hope we can all escape thus cycle at some point.
