Alcohol and sleeping pills can help but unfortunately, you can't take those with SN!

That's why I dunno if I'll be able to ctb even if I get the SN.

Dying should be easier lol

Alcohol and sleeping pills can help but unfortunately, you can't take those with SN!

Sleeping pills might not be the best idea, but a high dosage of other benzo's like Xanax/Valium can certainly help overcome your SI.

Also, as already mentioned, don't be ashamed of this. This is not an easy thing to do.

I read about a SN case a little over a year ago. The man didn't follow much of the advice I repeatedly read here. From what I remember he had an abundance of dramamine, trazodone and acetaminophen pm in his system on the toxicology report. His death was due to the SN intake. I don't remember how much and I'm not sure how his body responded once ingested but it seemed like he took pills to make him drowsy. From everything I read on SS it's frowned upon to do so. I'm personally not an SN fan but the method does spike my interest so I like to investigate.

I'll be taking Xanax when I try to drink mine. If you can have access to Benzos get some to feel more relaxed.
