My house is fully made of concrete and concrete only. So is it safe to use the ceiling fan in my bedroom as an actor to hang myself? I weight 50 kg (approximately 115 lb?).

Or maybe I should starve myself and become anorexic to make sure that the fan won't broke?

Partial hanging is out of the equation for me as I absolutely don't get it. My survival instinct always override me when I attempt partial hanging.

I think a person might need to see it specifically, how it is anchored, to have a good idea about this. You could try putting a rope on it and grabbing the roipe and lifting your feet off the floor and see if the light comes down, but if it does you might have a lot of explaining to do. This would not be a perfect test because if it passes this test it still could crash down after minutes of hanging there.

I have this suspicion that it will crash down. I'm not sure, but I can't imagine it not falling down, unless you weight like 5 kilograms.

One thing you can do, is to buy a pull up bar. They are designed the hold your entire weight for a long time. They can hold a 100kg person for a long time, so I think it would be easy to hold a 50kg for 30 minutes.

On Gore websites there are some videos of people hanging themselves from ceiling fans. Seems like it worked in those cases, but I'm not an expert

Yeah, you would have to find out how its mounted. The majority of them are not mounted very well. Plus, regardless of how its mounted the next part is how strong are the parts holding the fans. In short, this isn't something I would trust or rely on. Too many failure points and unknowns.

Also, to comment on the gore sites, you see the successful ones there, but how many hundreds, thousands, or how many else there are, that didn't work out are there? Those are the unknowns.

Edit: You could always break away the sheetrock on the ceiling and then wrap the rope over one of the beams.
