I will attempt to CTB tonight using the SN method. I have no one and don't want to not be found for days. Any suggestions other than hotels as I want people like cops or paramedics who are "trained"/use to death to find me.

I will use Boomerang for gmail. It lets you decide when the e-mail will be sent even if you're not logged in.
And if something unexpected happens, you can always cancel the e-mail before it gets sent.

Thanks for this info. Might be better to do Boomerang than leave the Notes in my phone.

just Drank the 100ml/20g mixture. Was very salty and felt like it stuck in my throat. Chased with another few ml of water and a cough drop. Spit cough drop out after 1 min.

Stomach feeling heavy. Will post updates if I fail.
