Carotid arteries

I plan to do partial and Im trying to block my neck arteries for testing. Ive read somewhere on this site that youre supposed to just blackout and thats that. But my problem is, I just cant get to block them without my head trying to explode. What am I doing wrong here?

There is loads of videos online of people hanging themselves maybe you can have a look online and then look at their techniques … Most of these videos people would be gone in less than 3 minutes which is a very short period of time compared to other methods.

I also saw a lot of them were hanging from the fan attached to the ceiling if you have that you can do that and do full suspension instead of partial hanging.

You can search for watch people die on google (when you go on that website) you can select the suicide section…
