I've read up on the cardiac method in the online book and decided it's the way I want to go. I'm going with amitriptyline. I have zofran and can get a beta blocker if needed, but I've heard it's a luxury? I also don't have a secure way to get benzos, but I have a non benzo anxiety medication and trazadone. Will that be enough to keep me calm and asleep thru it?
