Its been pretty rough on me since I got home yesterday. I've had more tears rolling these last 24 hours than my entire life combined. I'm fucking miserable.

That's the worst just let it all out. Take a chill pill now and drink some water. By the time the episode is over you'll be tired enough to go to bed.
It usually works for me. I drink vodka as well. Hang in there. You'll get through it. Panic attacks are the worst.
I hate my anxiety and panic disorders. Sometimes the meds dont even work. Cant tell anyone they just say suck it up and sure cant go to ER for help, they would lock me up.

I spend much more time crying than I would like. And it doesn't seem to be a relief valve; afterwards, I'm simply tired. So much for "cry it out."
