I've tried partial hanging and nothing happens. My head starts to hurt a bit that's it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I stay conscious the whole time. Please help.
you need to find your carotid artery. there's tips in the hanging mega thread on how to find it. but the way i found it - i kept changing the initial position of the rope around my neck and trying again if i got the head ache/throb feeling. for me it's higher up near the start of my neck but everyone is different, some people have it below their adam's apple. if you got it right you should feel a bit dizzy lose sensation in your limbs and start to black out

I could never get it idk it is really is tricky. The only reason I won't go full is because I have had the rope break on me in full suspension and it was pretty traumatizing . I have also looked into how long u can stay conscious and I terrified myself. I know other people here have had trouble with it too so don't feel bad if you struggle.
