A lot of questions about cannabis. Would cannabis be a strong enough anti-emetic to use with an Amitriptyline OD? I would probably smoke a joint and top it off with an edible, as Amitriptyline tends to take a long time and the edible could cover a longer period. The literature states that cannabis in any form is effective as an anti-emetic.

I also read that cannabis at lower doses is a powerful anti-emetic, but past a certain dosage, it turns into the opposite. Of course, that dosage will vary from person to person, but is there a way to reliably pinpoint that threshold for me, maybe judging by the other effects?

Lastly, does anyone have experiences with cannabis as an anti-emetic, specifically for ODs? All i can find seems to be for cancer-related nausea.
Thank you!
