Can you take Domperidone with Tagamet?

Should you skip the Tagamet if you're taking Domperidone as your antiemetic for SN?

It seems it will only make the Domperidone ineffective.

'Reduced gastric acidity impairs the absorption of domperidone. Oral bioavailability is decreased by prior concomitant administration of cimetidine and sodium bicarbonate'

That's my #1 question now too. I can only take domperidone and SN, so no antacid.

Any successful reports on here of just those two ingredients?

I hate how the drugs[.]com interaction checker database doesn't have domperidone.
