Absolutely not, I can think of many non verbal therapy forms.
Bodywork can release trauma through massage alone, minimal talking involved if any.
Skilled hypnotists can work non verbally too.
Metabolic/nutritional therapy can be done via the food you eat. Would only require reading to understand it.
Something like EMDR can work "blind" meaning the therapist does not know your exact issue.
I can also do EMDR on myself and alone (which is not recommended for beginners) without any talking.

I assume you seek to avoid talk therapy because it triggers you, or is it because it's ineffective for you?
