Can you drink yourself to cbt?

Ive tried SN before, i failed at it i woke up puked like 10 hours later, i dont know what went wrong, but i dont got any way to get more sn the one person who sold it to me was fired from the company he worked at (unrelated resons) and i cant get anymore from anywhere, its for some reason really hard to get in my country. im too afraid of hanging , all i can think of its drinking myself until im done. i know people get intoxicated and die for that, myy idea was to drink some heavy rum really fast like 450ml in one chug then keep drinking other things until i passed out. i know pepole have died from this before but im really not sure if i can replicate it.

I've done this before/drank enough to pass out and then some while being on a lot of sedative medications. It didn't kill me unfortunately. I just passed out and woke up a couple of hours later....

havent read about this metod before, i think this is what a i want a peaceful pacing whitout much pain in a bed, thank you very much im preaty sure ill be trying this metod when i get the materials and my mind ready

Same for me. Pills and Liquor. Just woke up hours later in puke.

Buy the strongest stuff. Drink a whole bottle. I've seen people dying from it.

It is possible to die frm acute alcohol poisoning, but it is more likely that you will just wake up with a VERY bad hangover. Also you could cause damage to your pancreas that could lead, some years down the road, to chronic pancreatitis.

I have passed on while on some meds and didn't care what happened. I just woke up really sick and felt awful for a few days.
