Can you combine fentanyl OD with hanging?

let's say you take a huge dose and you have a noss tied to your neck firmly, do you believe the fent will knock you out then you can peacefully hang, if that makes sense, or do you think your feet will give up and you hang without being able to do anything about it?

The plan is to pass out from fent first then hang

from my experience its better to use one method and use it right. The more steps it involves the higher the chances of something going wrong.

You can combine nearly any two methods.
Why?
It is easy to screw up two methods.
Try doing one correctly.
