Can someone please recommend a “suicide recipe”?

Hello, all

My plan is to end my life tomorrow evening. I want to overdose on propranolol, but someone mentioned that it is not a reliable method. I have SN, but I am scared to use it, because some on this site have endured terrible experiences after taking it.

The drugs in my possession are:
- SN
- Propranolol (I have more than 1g)
- Some Trazodone
- Cemitadine
- a box full of Xanax (0.5mg)
- About 10 pills of diphenhydramine
- some olanzapine (good for nausea?)
- antiemetics including Valoid

What should I take and how to make sure I CTB?

Edit: I weigh about 60kg.
How does 20mg of SN look? About two tablespoons?

Edit 2: when I try to CTB, I will keep a thread going on this site to document my experience and because I don't want to be alone.

Don't take the SN unless you have at least one back up glass. Normally people take SN 25g with 50ml water.

It's best to follow Stan's guide or one of the protocols from the PPH
Also don't guess the weight with spoons. Use digital scales

Thanks. This is helpful, but I can't find any info about when to take the beta blockers or how much.
