shining of stars calls me home

When I had another cold, I needed something to take my mind off the discomfort, then I started looking for a rhyme and got really into it, this is what I got. It probably looks strange because part of it is created intuitively. I don't know if I'll make up a melody, it's just for the forum anyway.
Please don't judge me too harshly, I've never seriously made up poems in English before, and I don't know the grammar, I got help from deepl.
Someone said you're not alone
And never picked up the phone
Someone said it would get better
And disappeared a few days later
While I cry in despair and drown
People just don't want to know
Hiding from the grim truth
They will never accept my proof
For I am where I am these days
In the fields of suffering love blooms
Shines, then fades and decays
This is life, this is truth
I find something familiar on every page
In the little house on the edge
This sincerity is like a firefly
like a hug like a last goodbye
Unbearably tired, almost dead
But I'm okay with that
At least in my sadness I'm not alone
Whatever it is, one day I'll come home
For I am where I am these days
In the fields of suffering love blooms
Shines, then fades and decays
This is life, this is truth
