Help can someone offer me a detailed explanation as to how SN works and how to "put it to use"?

been struggling for a long time, has ended up with me hospitalized on various occasions, but haven't browsed sasu long enough to fully grasp how to ctb with SN. biggest questions i have are 1. how to consume (?) it 2. where would i purchase. i know this makes me look unintelligent and unknowledgeable but i think a lot of us understand what it's like to be looked down upon for being stupid. unlucky and unfortunate situation life has rolled for us.

As for getting it, check the forums are you will stumble on an acronym for a seller you can then follow breadcrumbs to find....that's all I will say. DMC ships worldwide ans is where most of us order. Reliable.
