I mentioned in another post about ctb method but got no response. I just want to see if it's worthwhile. I have 1 box 25mg nytol (Benadryl), 3 bottles of dxm and one box of metoclopramide. I just want some advice as I would do SN but can't find the website after searching on y search engine and opiates, hanging and jumping aren't option. I know capsules of dxm would be better but I'd have to go to 13 pharmacies to get enough unless someone else knows a better way of getting dxm capsules in uk?
