I am considering taking SN if i want to ctb. But my biggest fear is always what happens if i survive. It is important that i do not fuck up my heart if i survive. This would decrease my life quality really bad. My other options would be amitriptyline or lorazepam with alcohol in the bathtub. Thanks.

Methyl Blue, the treatment for SN, can cause heart problems if administered incorrectly.

There is another user on this forum I believe who had lasting side effects from methyl blue, because the hospital staff did not know how to dose it properly.

That is something to keep in mind. However, the NHS issued a memo recently about treating SN cases, and if you decided not to do it and called for help, they would be better equipped to administer the drug than they have been in the past, so it is unlikely you would have permanent cardiotoxic effects if the staff are competent and educated about the antidote.
