I read on various sites that tardive dyskinesia and if you take it for a long time and it is irreversible. But i will take take it for 2 day regimen and one last time before taking sn. Will it cause tardive dyskinesia even if i take it just 2-3 times?

you shouldnt take too much meto and even if you stick to the normal dose of 3x 10mg a day you should only take it for at most 3 months.
sticking to the proper dosage for the 2 day regimen is fine

Yes. That's why many doctors prefer to prescribe Domperidone. I have also heard that many users of SN with Meto have vomited (because of Meto?).
