Apparently I shouldn't use meto if I am taking quetiapine. My quetiapine dose is being reduced though, although I hoped to go a little sooner than the timeframe of it's reduction. I have not found quetiapine to be an effective antiemetic. Would it be awful to continue taking 200mg quetiapine alongside stan's suggested dose of meto?

just from a purely informative POV and not exactly the answer to your question: hopefully I get this across in English, but Metoclopramide as well as quetiapine, they're both increasing the QT interval of your ecg. Your doctor will / should at least advice you to take regular ecg checks, if both are regular meds you're taking on a daily basis. Too long a QT interval can cause cardiac arrhytmia.

One thing you can do is adjust your medication to work around your ctb date e.g. stop or start taking medication so it aligns with your method, but I agree, it's difficult to know what would work the best for sure.
You can search online for interactions between the two meds. It seems you kind of already answered your own question though as you said in your first sentence that you observed that they shouldn't be used together. Be careful of searching for and believing what you want to hear. I get the impression you're hoping someone will just tell you it's okay.
