Can I take 50mg metoclopramide before taking my drug cocktail?

So far I tried taking 10mg metoclopramide to see if any side effects show up and It was all good, so my question is, will it be fine to take 50mg metoclopramide before I take my drugs?


Also what's the highest dose of ondansetron can I add to the metoclopramide before I take all of my drugs?




Would taking 50mg metoclopramide and 24mg ondansetron would be ok before i take my cocktail?

Sorry, I only know the SN guide recommends 30 mg 45 minutes prior.

Maximum daily dosage of meto is 30mg or 0.5mg/kg body weight. Take any more than that and then you're technically overdosing on meto. Overdosing is unlikely to further lower your chances of vomiting. If anything, it'll just increase the chances of worse side effects happening.

Ondansetron's maximum daily dosage is 16mg.
