Method Can I overdose with this?

I am in the UK, and currently have access to 6x 150mg of Sertraline, 11x 5mg of Diazepam (AKA Valium) and 6x 25g Promethazine hydrochloride. There are also probably things like paracetemol and ibuprofen around the house. Would this be enough for a fatal overdose?

Rather unlikely. Only the paracetamol can but that's horrific
