Can I mix SN drinks an hour plus before I drink them and then take them to another location?

According to protocol, it says mix the SN during the wait time (< 40 minutes), so I personally wouldn't have the mixture ready for any amount of time over that.

i'm sure you could measure everything and put them in separate, AIR TIGHT containers along with normal water bottles if that's your plan

SN exposed to air for only an hour will be perfectly fine. It takes weeks or months to degrade substantially when exposed to air.
