Can I kill survival instinct without xanax?

I need a way to entirely kill my desire for survival and the only way I know to kill that desire is xanax but I need a prescription for it and I cant get it unfortunately.

There is no way to entirely kill survival instinct, at least not for everyone. But alcohol is an alternative. It works on similar receptors as benzos. But it doesn't work for me. Even at my drunkest most high condition, my body wants to withdraw from things like hanging or going into traffic. So the body still has automatic responses that you simply cannot fully numb away.

Alcohol helps, it's not the same as xanax but it should be much easier to come by. I wanna be drunk and hopped up on xanax for mine personally.

just be mindful of timing in whatever you choose, check drug onset etc so it can't potentially skew things towards failure, in theory.
