Help Can I go with SN without antiemetics?

Alright, my meto has been stuck at customs for 6 days already and I am afraid that I will not be able to get it. Sucks, I know, when most people are able to sneak N into my country and my little meto gets seized.

So now I have my SN and Tagamet. I am considering to attempt the method with just the two. Do you think that I have a reasonable chance at success? I know I'll probably vomit so I'll have a second cup ready if that's the case.

I know a lot of you will probably ask me to get the proper materials before ctb, but I really do not have enough time. My life will get much much worse if I do not ctb within the next few days.

I wouldn't do this without antiemetics. You'll most likely throw up / fail

My college is over capacity so there are no spare dorms and moving is not an option. I do not want my roommate to be blamed for my suicide plus it is too risky being discovered.

You are correct. It even states it in the wiki. It's because of the action the meto has in slowing down your intestinal track. And it acts as a catalyst to the whole process. I've read cases where people vomited and still died but I can't put my hands on them. They were accidents though, so the people may not have realized what was happening.

From what I heard, even if you vomit, you will probably die too, as long as you took 20+g of SN and didn't freak out and call an ambulance. Is this correct?

I'm sorry to doubt you but I've read a lot about SN and don't recall "many cases" of people managing without proper antiemetics. What I recall are many cases of people vomiting spectacularly and feeling totally awful for a few days after trying without antiemetics.

It's up to you, obviously, but I wouldn't risk it. Maybe some people would see it as an opportunity to find out whether an SN enema is effective; there's a recent thread with that title if you feel like looking for it.

I'm sorry you're contemplating such things. Whatever you choose, I wish you the best outcomes.

i don't think that SN is as reliable as most people assume and way less so without meto, i wouldn't risk it.

They prevent vomiting and might speed up the process of ingesting the poison, however one user who successfully CTB with SN used ibuprofen for potential pain

The effect of antiemetics is to prevent vomiting, but a couple (including metoclopramide) have been shown to have postoperative analgesic effects.

Hard to say if that translates into a significant effect while, for example, ingesting SN, but they're not a reliable or significant source of pain relief - even in the medical studies, they just reduce the amount of opiates needed for pain management, but do not eliminate the need for painkillers.

This is not a method that interests me at the moment, so I'm not well-researched on it, but I'm fairly certain that controlling the pH of the stomach is to increase the rate of SN absorption into the bloodstream.

The only analgesic effect an acid regulator would have would be to reduce pain from something like acid reflux.

Taking an actual painkiller is the way to reduce pain.

There's another thread bouncing around at the moment of someone almost succeeding by putting the SN in capsules (I say almost as they were found, and then resuscitated) and I believe they did not use an antiemetic. Would that be an option for you?

How many grams is "a few sips"? I read your post and was quite surprised that although you did not vomit before you passed out or go to the hospital, you still managed to survive. How is this possible?

I'm sorry things fell through. May I ask - how bad is the taste? Can you liken it to anything you've tasted before?

What you can do if you throwed up is, making immediately a new mixture and drink it again.
there will always be a little bit of SN in your body after throwing it out.
Keep doing it till your done, maybe not ideal but it will do.
Some people say: i throwed it up and gonna try it another time again, it dont make sense at all and most are probably false claims.
