Can I get into trouble for ordering SN from Poland to Germany?

Since it's impossible in Germany to get access to SN without showing some kind of proof that you have the competence to deal with dangerous chemical substances, I was wondering if I could get into trouble for ordering it from Poland.

A while ago I found a thread of another forum member (can't find it at the moment) who said that they found an online store from Poland, named after the term for [redacted] in music, that ships SN internationally. I checked it out and indeed found an offer that looked legit, was cheap and offered shipping to Germany. I was really close to just going through with it and ordering the SN, but I was wondering whether it could get me in trouble before the package even arrives.

Am I right to be worried? Are there any precautions I should take? Or am I overthinking this?

i had trouble completing my order so i sent them an email and they responded that abroad orders are not available on their website
i dont think that i have the wrong site so im confused???

I haven't tried it yet. The SN has been in my shopping cart for weeks now and I just can't get myself to complete the order because I'm scared of getting into trouble for it

You have to prove that you own a company or laboratory...etc. Most supplier don´t sell to individuales anymore.

It doesn't seem to ask for proof on that Polish website. The field "Company name" is optional and they would deliver it to my private address. All I need to do now is choose a payment method and click order. I'm mentally prepared to do so, it's just the fear of legal consequences that holds me back because I'm worried they might check deliveries from Poland to Germany very thoroughly

Im not a lawyer of course but afaik there is a EU-Wide law the regulates the Import of SN (E250) and similar chemicals which could get you into trouble but who is to say
