Can I buy inert gas and a regulator and a eebd/scba hood so it gets delivered to a friend?

Hello.
I have a plan, I want to get inert gas and everything I need delivered to a drug friend and tell him it is laughing gas.
But to do this I would have to buy it myself or she will know it is nitrogen.
Then I would smuggle it to a hotel to cbt.

It depends on the supplier, you can double check with them before buying but obviously that question might arise suspicions. I don't know where are you based but a quick search on the net will show you suppliers near you and you can call tell to pick the cylinder on site.

Then I would say dont get it delivered, go with a suitcase and pick it up yourself from the supplier. If the supplier is very far and you cannot get there, then you would need to lie to your friend and make a story up to avoid raising suspicions.

Scuba divers use nitrogen to prevent getting decompression sickness on deep dives. Use it as a cover story for buying nitrogen cylinder, regulator etc.
