Life things. A payment was take from my account twice. I am now overdrawn. It is the weekend. I can't fix it and will get charged with an overdraft fee and I don't have the money.
Anxiety is up. What would you tell me to do?
Breathe. You would tell me to stop and breathe. You would also say calm down. Anxiety increases SI.

It's a really beautiful day outside. I sat outside and let the wind flip my hair around me while I listened to the birds. I fought off the feeling of being chilly as I sat in the sun and wished for it to warm me. I sat for as long as I could take
