I'm not very active today Stan but here's a bump. I'm trying really hard to just distract myself with my hobbies since I kind of just want to exit right now. I've always been so impatient and it's really getting to me right now. Like it's not impulsive it's just let's put the plan into action now even though everything isn't ready yet. What a pain, if I was more patient overall I wonder if I would want to ctb as much lol.

I am very scattered today. I need to get back on track. My brain has been going all over the place. Which is why I couldn't sleep.

What would you tell me when I get frazzled after you stopped laughing at me? Take one thing at a time. Concentrate on that one thing to slow down my brain. I really don't like feeling this way. Totally lost.
