• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am born, now I must suffer.

My anger is so intense that it literally hurts just from feeling a little bit of it, not even it's full wrath. It's like there's a violent beast inside slowly eating away at me. I'm not even joking. Nothing I do is ever enough to get rid of it, because it's just that powerful. I'll be fighting for my life every time I so much as feel just a little bit of it, just to keep myself in control, risking a heart attack or something each and every time as a result. If I don't end up killing myself at some point, then my anger probably will.

I feel when I'm angry/frustrated I lose some of my empathy towards what others would think if I ctb. Enough to consider going for the train method.

I don't think anger itself can kill you, but violent impulses can. For example, if you have the necessary materials to ctb quickly in a moment of emotional crisis, it is quite possible that you can do it without thinking too much about your actions. I mean, if I had a gun available at home, I would probably not be here writing this anymore.

Internalized anger can/will certainly kill you over time in so much that it will cut some number of years off your life.

When I am in a situation that makes me angry my flight or fight instinct is raised. The aim of this insinct is survival not dying. For me is the best mindset for suicide quite serenity, the mood I have when I wake up in the morning.

Some people see depression as anger turned inwards, so in a way, yes it can kill you.

I would say this generally only occurs if you suffer from a chronic heart condition already. Any strain can lead to a heart attack, technically, but it's usually unlikely.
