Can a car be tracked over its navigation system /Gps?

I need to take my parents car if I want to ctb or I'm forced to do it at home.But if I take the car I'm scared I could get tracked through the GPS system. I'm no expert, I Google it and I'm still not sure. Does somebody here know?

Do you have to set an alarm? Are there any antitheft stickers on the windows? Just ask your parents if there's a security system? It's not a suspicious question.

I don't know. Great now I have a problem. I can't ask, it could be obvious because they know I'm suicidal.

If it came with something factory installed, it should say antitheft somewhere. Mine says on the steering wheel and there's a light on the dash.

If they pay a company, there might be window stickers. Security companies love stickers. Or there might be a visible device around the mirror or something like onstar.

some systems can be tracked, some can't. you need to google the exact model that's installed in your parents car.
all the mobile apps or mobile phones can be tracked.
