I can't even sign-up to make a Localbitcoins account. I get prompted with a message saying, "Unfortunately we are not serving customers located in your current location."

Going to have to do FtF then. Unfortunately, localbitcoins got rid of the FtF search, but like I said, just check FB and craigslist.
