Does anyone know how difficult is it to get antiemetics (especially Metoclopramide) over the counter in South America? Any country recommendations for this?

Also, does anyone know what name it is sold under down there? Or any resources to look that up are welcome too, I know so little about drugs.In Brasil you can go to any drugstore and ask for Plasil, its the comercial name of meto here.
