Do you guys plan to break up with your significant other before you do it? I don't want to but I feel like I'm going to have to otherwise she's going to alert my parents and I might survive if I O.D. or get intercepted by the cops on the side of the road with an unlicensed handgun or something. I'm definitely a piece of shit for prolonging this relationship when I know I'm not going to be around much longer. It's so hard to kick one's main crutch in life away and just fall even further though.

I don't think she'd understand, and my health problem is embarrassing and I'd rather just die with some dignity left. I'm just going to tell her that I'm sorry I wasted all these years of her life and she deserves better and that's why I'm cutting ties.
if you think she could interfere with carrying out the ctb effectively, it makes sense to break up with her, though it sounds like it will be sad. best wishes~
