This is my current supplementation for brain health, to help with brain performance, as I am constantly working on developing new skills, and which was hard to do without the supplements.
L-theanine keeps me very calm throughout the day, and reducing impulses.
Things that I left-out (for now); B vitamins, ginseng, ginkgo, and omegas. I have tried CBD oil, it is not for me.
Managed to reduce Amitriptyline from 175 mg to 150 mg per day. My objective is to get off all medications, except chronic pain medication, as needed.
Also working on a regimen for sleep, though I am already over my budget (i take other expensive vitamins too, (broad spectrum vitamin E, A, chromium). I guess I am willing to pay any price to get off pharmaceuticals, I had enough of the numbness.
Combining this regimen with exercise gives the best results.
This regimen is about 100 USD per month.
PS: (1) This is what I do, I DO NOT recommend that you use ANY of these supplements. (2) I do not recommend that you stop taking your medicine.
