But I want to improve my English! I learnt UK English in school, but most of my knowledge comes from Internet and shows and youtube and things like that. Most of the time I can communicate effectively, but I still commit mistakes, especially with prepositions and conjunctions, since they all kinda mean the same.

what do you mean?? one of the places in the UK is literally called ENGLAND. I think their English would be the more correct one, (tho I agree some of the American spellings make more sense)
