Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

oh wow i never really noticed that until you pointed it out. most forum communities have migrated to social media... it's always sad to go back to those and see little to no activity.Thanks!
I have recently started to post here, yes (and I'm pretty new in this forum too). I kinda love this part of the forum, it's like the forums I used to visit when I was younger about Animal Crossing and Zelda. I miss them, now most of the communities are in reddit and other social networks.
Yeah, I miss them a lot. I feel like those forums were more healthy than social media, that it's made to be addictive. Besides, I feel like they were more like a real community, where you could discuss about your favorite games in a thread and then go to another subforum and play with the same members some silly game like this.516
