394 - aa, this hits home for me right now, I totally feel you, I've cut contact with all my friends or any good intentioned people I know because I might hurt them in any slight chance possible, it's unhealthy, I oftentimes feel lonely but being here and with you guys, I feel comfortable and less anxious about it. Please know that almost every interaction I had with you and everybody, it was pleasant and reassuring, anything besides that is a near impossible chance. I really mean it when I say don't worry and there's no pressure. : 3

thank you <3 this paranoia really gets to me and lessens my chances to interact with people. I genuinely feel like I have hurt people sometimes, whether that's accidentally or when I am in intense mental pain that I am desperate to get out of and so do something more likely to hurt someone.
