I hate fizzy drinks of any kind (tried monster that tastes disgusting) and coffee is only okay to me. I am just going to stick to chocolate as some source of caffeine. Idon't want to get addicted to something that won't help me in the end.

ohhh. depends on the amount. 600mg a day for me is the lowest ideal amount. i still deal with self-loathing but it caps the depression
