An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
377 am I weird for not caring about sequels or remakes? I don't see much point in them (with the exception of actually innovative sequels) as one of the biggest problems I have with life is repetition so I would rather developers make more unique games.

definitely not. i think remasters are good for older games that have been off the market for a while (thinking of the transformers games... naturally). but otherwise, literally what is the purpose???

377 definitely remasters are a good idea like how we have changed from vhs tapes to dvds for films so that newer audiences can enjoy the media with better quality but if you have the original what's the point in wasting time making derivative content and games? Am i just too broken and depressed for not being able to enjoy samey things?

it's not just you! i feel the same way. and i think most people do; look on social media if you have it and you'll see a lot of people exhausted with companies nostalgia pandering and constant remakes/sequels. it's as if companies have all simultaneously lost their inspiration for anything, which. how.

nintendo and most other rich humans harming everyone else. honestly I really worry I am going to turn into that if my game becomes successful as that seems like a trap a lot of people fall into and I feel like I am made of some of the ingredients to turn into that sort of person if I got more power.
