If I wanted to do all these things and now I have abdominal pain from not shitting, so do I delay going to hospital to increase chance of death?
How crazy?

I don't have home or hotel, I don't even want them to save me but may need surgery? Wtf?

I want them to clear my stomach so I can SN lol

At least I'll have AEs given to me I think?
