Extremely painful. Yes it will cause the lungs to fill with fluid as well as swelling in the lungs. It will irritate any soft tissue it contacts: eyes, nose, throat.
Potential danger to anyone around as well.
There is a similar method that uses different ingredients. It can be found in the pph but research carefully and be sure to not put anyone else at risk if you choose this type of method.

The occasional restaurant worker dies accidentally this way. Mixing errors. It is not a good way to die. It is even worse if concentrations are not high enough and you live. Think burned out lungs. Then you are in a hospital and have no way to die, just wish you did.

It is scary, it is painful, it is agonising to endure (I hesitate to say "live") afterwards if you are unsuccessful. Please research this very carefully if you are totally committed to the idea … but, honestly, this is not a good idea with which to experiment.

No, no no. It would be a horrible way to go - and the odds are that it would fail to kill you and leave you badly injured. Don't do it.
