Bit weird, but does anyone know how to access a suicide note template?

I'm someone who thrives off order and templates. I've written a note but not happy with it.

I know they're personal, but if there is one that could be like "intro" "why" "family" "friend" or whatever.

I know, an odd request, but thought I'd try.

I tried googling but kept getting "don't do it call this lifeline number" websites, as per usual.

I honestly don't think there is a true template for a suicide note. Some people leave one or two lines only. Others write pages. I currently have two written on my phone. One of them isn't necessarily addressed to anyone specifically.. it's kind of me just talking into the void explaining how I've felt, feel and what's going on. The second one is a letter written to my sister. I wrote it as if I was having a one sided conversation where I do all the talking and I can just tell her how sorry I am and the reasons I feel the way I do.

I'm sure your note isn't bad by any means, and you could always rewrite or adjust it if you want to. In the last two years I must've written at least 30-40 suicide notes but every time I ended up throwing them away because I felt too much time passed from when I wrote it as I hadn't managed to take my life yet. Sometimes writing, deleting, rewriting and deleting is a good thing because you learn what information is the more repetitive which tends to be the most important parts, and then you can identify and leave out the messy, insignificant parts
