Emotionally unstable like an IKEA table

Ik Ive made a thread about this but now I rreally need help.
I talked to my psychiatrist and she said that bipolar could be on the table.
It wsss on the table before but discaded beacuse it was drugged indude but now since increased abilify and effexor I have been hypomanic. I had moment of happiness and productivity without it too but is more like inside han outside.
I do have BPD which ik are similar I just need help with reconizing the 2 more clearly Ive done some reasearch but Im still confused.
I hope I dont offend or anger anyone with this post but insight would be most helpful thank you.
