I remember watching Doing it with Chi when I was a kid. Lol. Crazy it's still there and hasn't been taken down.

It's just missing the part of taping the tube on the exit bag. Does anyone have a vid or image tutorial for that?

I think it's also missing the part where she says leave, i think, is it two finger lengths? of space between your neck and the bag

Was that in Betty's video? I really need clarification on this. Does the elastic have to be super snug so that only two fingers perpendicular to the neck can squeeze in? The elastic is so stretchy that I can still fit three or four fingers in.
