  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

When I experience deep dark hopelessness, despair and anxiety. I feel like it would have been better I would have never been born.

Sometimes I think to myself why I was born here in the first place. I don't think I would have chosen to be born because of the suffering.

I wish I had never been born before and I haven't even really suffered that much in life. My life has been good for the most part and I am currently doing better mentally compared to last year. Deciding to procreate is incredibly selfish, no matter how you look at it.

My siblings are quite happy to be alive, so I've never thought like that. It seems a bit selfish in my opinion.
I was happy to be born, I'm happy I have the potential to feel joy, but I'm not happy to be alive currently.

And how does that view benefit anyone? Isn't it better to find ways to ease your own suffering and the suffering of other people?

It really is, more than anything I wish I was never burdened with this torturous, cruel existence of suffering all for the sake of it that I just never would had chosen, the fact that this existence was imposed even know never suffering at all was perfection is always the most terrible tragedy to me. I see existence as just causing problems and suffering there was never a need for with no limit as to how much agony one can feel, it's all just so dreadful to me, all I wish for is peace from this existence I personally always saw as a mistake.

They are selfish people, children are commodities to fuel the ego of the parent. Life without suffering is not real every single person will suffer. I just hate the hypocrisy of parents claiming to be so morally superior yet doing the one thing that has brought immense suffering for a lifetime to an innocent child.

Yep, my parents said the other day parents arent responsible for their kids happiness after 18. So basically who gives a fuck if they are happy once they are an adult

Some people cant find ways to ease their own suffering and most people dont care about easing the suffering of others

This proves the theory. Give life to someone who didn't consent and then once they reach a manmade age that society deemed to be socially acceptable then you can abandon them (I say this because science has shown the human brain isn't fully developed before 25 so the age of majority was just created so that there was more legal labour in the workforce)

Especially If their kid is disabled/mentally ill it doesnt matter if they are 60 years old. Its still the parents job to help their kid with their wellbeing

The sad reality is most parents only want to help their mentally ill kid if they are young and still have some sort of "potential" and when they have reached the threshold of a certain age (my estimate is around mid to late 20s) they realise that their kid is not worth fighting for anymore because they do not bring any value to their life and then decide to abandon them.

This is so true. They pass on their shitty genetics and then are like ok deal with it
