• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I'm Australian and I'd really like to CBT in the next 5ish years. However idk how to do so. I've been looking into a few ways however none of them I'm able to get due to where I live. If I have to purchase things I'm definitely able to. However I also struggle with the fact that I live at home with my father, mother and brother who all work at different times so it's hard to find a good time to CBT anyways. Any ideas on how to CBT peacefully? If so what items do I need for it.

From what I'm aware Australia sounds like an very anti-suicide country just like England where I'm from. The reality is that there is just no straightforward way to peacefully die in this world, because as I said we exist in a society where other people want to force us to suffer and where suicide isn't viewed as a valid option. To me all of the methods are either risky, inaccessible or just horrible/incredibly difficult to go through with, but there is information about methods listed in the suicide resource compilation.

Ive looked alot at methods and done alot of research. Honestly...Ive been thinking about hanging myself. I'm sure there are better ways to go and I'd love to go peacefully and painless, however where I'm from I don't have those options and I've come to peace with that. Alot of people say not to do the hanging method as it can give you brain damage due to no oxygen to the brain, etc, however to my knowledge that is only if the rope breaks or if you're found. I can easily get enough time to do it and I can do more research on what ropes and where to hang from, so it would be successful.
