Well, it feels weird to ask this, but, what is the most guaranteed spot to cut or stab oneself to end it all?

At this point, I'm in dire need of it.

If cutting were so simple there would be suicides everywhere. you have to really want to hurt yourself to succeed with this method

Cautionary tale: I only ever succeeded in damaging my tendons where cutting was involved.

Anything with likelihood of success requires high knowledge anatomically of where all major arteries are and these are generally buried quite deep in the body, taking a massive amount of willpower and a lot of physical pain to reach and even then it's hit and miss.
