What's the best knot for tying my hands for the plastic bag method? I'm looking into the plastic bag method as plan B if my current method of choice were to either fail or become unaivable and I don't have access to handcuffs, so tying my hands with a ligature is my best option rn. To clarify, I'm not going to ctb rn, just doing the neccecary research while I'm still mentally capable of doing so.
