best gun position?

What is the best position for a gun to be in to make sure I CTB instantly?

through mouth, angled to the roof of the mouth and towards the brain stem which is roughly behind the ears. look up head anatomy for some accuracy.

hollow point is recommended unless shotgun is used. practice aiming and dry firing

Didn't think about dry firing. Thank you for that advice. I did not think about specific bullets either. I'll look into that. Thank you again. So you were going to CTB by gun but couldn't pull the trigger? This is my fear…that I won't be able to do it. I have a gun and I have bullets. I think I may need to get drunk or high or something. To work up the nerve. I don't know. Survival instinct is so real. I just wish it was easy. Of course that's what we all want. Siiiigh.

What Kalista said. Your main goal is to sever the brain stem to immediately go unconscious, so aim through the mouth and angled up.

good advice. i think ear to ear is a good aiming point also. with the correct gun a shot to the heart is pretty instant but not as certain. it would need to be more like a 5.56 to achieve that.
